Mobile Application Developer, (iOS Developer)

Location: Onsite in McLean, Virginia; applicants must currently reside in the United States.

What you will do

• Design and develop custom mobile software tools and techniques for Android and mission-relevant platforms.
• Own end-to-end development across requirements, design, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and sustainment.
• Diagnose and debug issues using commercial, government, and internal tools and frameworks.
• Apply networking, socket programming, and packet-level protocol knowledge to tool development.
• Document software for operation, maintenance, and support.
• Mentor junior developers and solve time-sensitive cyber problems with operational users.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, or the ability to obtain one.
• Current residence in the United States is required.
• At least 10 years of professional experience.
• Experience developing, testing, and debugging with Python and C, including UNIX applications built with makefiles or similar environments.
• Experience developing CNO tools, proof-of-concept exploit software, and reverse engineering native binaries.
• Strong knowledge of IP, TCP, application-layer protocols, operating-system internals, modern security mitigations, debuggers, and version control.

Nice to have

• Native Android or NDK mobile development experience.
• Vulnerability analysis, ARM assembly, mobile security protections, and experience with Objective-C, Swift, or C++.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
