Senior Specialist, Enterprise and Operational Risk Management – RCSA Program Team

What you will do

• Support the execution, optimization, and ongoing evolution of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Program.
• Coordinate RCSA and Issue Management activities across the three lines of defense.
• Drive project and change management initiatives that improve program effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Monitor risk data, analytics, adherence, reporting, and certification cycles.
• Support MyGRC enhancements and provide guidance and training to stakeholders.
• Translate evolving program needs into practical, consistent, and scalable risk governance solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting and executing programs, projects, and change initiatives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders and communicate with leadership.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including data analytics and visualization.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, organization, prioritization, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Southlake, Texas.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience applying RCSA methodologies and principles.
• Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and GitHub Copilot.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and translating evolving program requirements into actionable outcomes.
