Senior Data Scientist (Predictive Modeling & Analytics)

What you will do

• Build predictive models for complex audience segmentation and strategic assessments using ensemble methods, decision trees, cluster analysis, and other advanced statistical techniques.
• Translate business goals into technical data science projects and own delivery from problem definition through final recommendations.
• Mine large-scale datasets to identify long-term trends and provide strategic insights for business decisions.
• Design and code end-to-end data products covering data ingestion, model refreshing, and ad hoc or on-demand scoring services.
• Work with engineering teams to integrate models into production environments with high throughput and stability.
• Perform deep-dive analyses, model performance tuning, and ad hoc data investigations.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of applied, hands-on data science experience, including mining large-scale datasets.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong applied experience with advanced statistics and machine learning.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver production-ready results in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex statistical outcomes to non-technical business partners.

Nice to have

• Interest in building automated data products, APIs, and scoring services rather than static reports.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset and willingness to create data pipelines when source data is not clean.
