Senior VFX Producer

hirify.global is a visual effects studio based in Milan, Los Angeles, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and Toronto, collaborating with studios, productions, and filmmakers worldwide.

What you will do

• Manage VFX teams, project schedules, work assignments, artist performance, productivity, attendance, and timekeeping.
• Manage project milestones, prioritize resources, resolve conflicts, and support daily session requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Prepare budgets with Supervisors and the Executive Producer, track bid-versus-actual performance, and manage scope changes and change orders.
• Interact with clients and attend concept, production, VFX, and client review meetings.
• Schedule internal shot reviews, distribute notes to artists, and track shots through completion with Supervisors.
• Report project status and ensure deliverables are completed according to schedule.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience producing visual effects for film, television, or advertising.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Ftrack.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the visual effects process.
