Director of Product (Features) - Star Trek Fleet Command

What you will do

• Lead long-term strategic planning and own the Features roadmap for Star Trek Fleet Command.
• Own business performance and deliver game KPIs that support sustainable growth.
• Develop product strategy, engaging game mechanics, and core game loops.
• Guide feature development from concept through launch, post-launch analysis, and optimization.
• Lead engagement and monetization for major releases, coordinating game design, UX, art, and other disciplines.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of Product Managers and operational staff while establishing documentation, experiments, retrospectives, and playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience working with free-to-play games and live games.
• Experience delivering revenue and metric targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, quantitative, and qualitative analytical skills.
• Understanding of game design concepts, game economies, and product performance analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Résumé/CV must be written in English.

Nice to have

• MBA or degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
