Financial Services Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in Grandview Heights, Ohio, requiring on-site presence at least two days per week.

Salary: $46,345–$80,700 national range; expected starting range of $46,345–$65,100 annually.

What you will do

• Prepare materials and records for new plans, including proposal illustrations, trust agreements, employee communications, census data, and administrative guides.
• Interpret plan provisions, product rules, legal requirements, and internal procedures when processing customer and account requests.
• Review and approve withdrawals, exchanges, deposits, annuity purchases, contract cash-outs, and other policy servicing requests.
• Coordinate with contract holders, producers, customers, sales teams, internal departments, field offices, and external industry organizations.
• Research errors, complaints, and complex customer inquiries; determine appropriate solutions and route licensed matters to registered representatives.
• Support workflow management, reporting, special projects, and process improvements using lean methodologies.

Requirements

• Four or more years of related work experience, including required customer service experience.
• High school studies required; undergraduate studies and LOMA, CLU, or ChFC coursework are desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-resolution, decision-making, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of financial products and the ability to independently manage work while meeting service and quality standards.
• FINRA Series 6 license may be required depending on the assigned product line or distribution system; additional federal or state licenses may also be required.
• This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization, and hirify.global does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program.
