Salesforce Developer (Agentforce)

Location: Primary work location is Blackrock, Ireland; occasional travel to other Zurich locations may be required.

What you will do

• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and related platform technologies.
• Build and customize Agentforce and Service Cloud capabilities, including AI agents and guardrails.
• Configure custom objects, workflows, validation rules, Process Builder features, and other declarative Salesforce functionality.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, and related integration tools.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, operational teams, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, configuration, and data architecture.
• Extensive experience with AI prompt engineering, Agentforce agent design, and configuring AI guardrails.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft integration platform, REST/SOAP integrations, data migration, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Experience with Git, Gearset, CI/CD tools, agile development, technical documentation, testing, and deployment practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, estimation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified App Builder.
• Knowledge of Einstein Co-Pilot, Einstein Analytical Studio, Experience Cloud, Data 360, or other specialized Salesforce clouds.
