Salesforce Developer (Agentforce)

Location: Primary work location is Blackrock, Ireland; occasional travel to other Zurich locations may be required.

What you will do

• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative configuration.
• Customize Agentforce and Service Cloud applications, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and MuleSoft.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Work with business analysts, project managers, operational teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Create technical documentation and promote quality, testing, deployment, and Salesforce development best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and platform configuration.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, data migration, and ETL processes.
• Extensive experience with AI prompt engineering, Agentforce agent design, and configuring AI guardrails.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern JavaScript frameworks, Git or Gearset, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder collaboration, and agile development skills.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications are highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder certification.
• Experience with Einstein Co-Pilot, Einstein Analytical Studio, Experience Cloud, Data 360, or other specialized Salesforce clouds.
