Mockup Design Team Manager (3D)

Location: Based in Ireland; fully remote within Europe. Optional office access is available in Riga.

Salary: €3,000–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Lead the 3D mockup production operation through three Design Team Leads and thirteen 3D designers.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement streamlined workflows, automation, and operational improvements.
• Translate merchant feedback, e-commerce trends, and usage patterns into high-performing visual assets.
• Monitor production metrics and asset performance to improve efficiency, quality, conversion, and reprint rates.
• Evaluate practical AI tools that improve designer productivity and simplify production workflows.
• Plan team capacity, allocate resources, prioritize initiatives, and coach Design Team Leads.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing technical, creative, 3D design, or comparable specialist teams.
• Experience in a platform, SaaS, e-commerce, or similarly scalable technology environment.
• Experience with process optimization, workflow automation, and operational improvements.
• Practical curiosity about AI and emerging design technologies.
• Strong analytical, capacity-planning, resource-allocation, people-management, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to connect creative production decisions with customer, merchant, and measurable business outcomes.
