UX Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Design the Tier 1 Real-Time explanation block with behavioral and actuarial signal types and confidence labels.
• Architect Human-in-the-Loop review queues and the Advisor UI for Layer 6 delivery.
• Define UI/UX standards for rendering agent outputs across Experience and Product/Finance domains.
• Review squad demos and validate output quality, explainability, and readiness for Shadow Mode promotion.

Requirements

• Expertise in UX design for AI and Decision Intelligence platforms.
• Experience designing complex workflows for financial services professionals.
• Strong understanding of Information Architecture and Explainable AI principles.
• Proficiency in designing structured UI components that are not generated by LLMs.
• Empathy for advisors, strong visual storytelling of complex data, and attention to regulatory disclosures.
