Data Analyst (m/f/d) Focussing in the Land Domain for Unmanned Ground Vehicles (AI)

Location: Gilching, Bavaria, Germany; hybrid arrangement with on-site work and one flexible remote day per week

What you will do

• Lead analysis of telemetry and system data across R&D, production, testing, and customer support.
• Own and evolve scalable, reliable, and reproducible data analysis tools.
• Design and maintain automated data evaluation and testing pipelines.
• Drive database solutions for large-scale telemetry data.
• Evaluate and deploy advanced analytics methods, including anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, trend analysis, and subsystem monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data and Cloud Engineers, communicate analytical results, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and algorithm development.
• Solid knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and data validation.
• Experience designing evaluation algorithms for complex or high-frequency data.
• Strong experience with time-series analysis and telemetry data.
• Experience with time-series, structured, unstructured, and analytical databases, including storage and retrieval optimization.
• Experience evaluating or implementing machine learning or AI-based methods and validating and monitoring models in production.
