Account Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX, United States

Salary: $182,000–$242,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the named technical partner for existing customers across CoreWeave’s full AI platform.
• Help customer teams build, train, deploy, and scale AI workloads in production.
• Deepen platform adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and support customer success in partnership with Account Managers.
• Design and build technical demos and proofs of concept for complex customer use cases.
• Partner with Specialist Field Engineers and customer engineering teams to resolve technical blockers.
• Represent customer needs internally and provide product feedback to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, AI-oriented solutions consulting, or technical field engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models, including modern LLM architectures.
• Experience designing and deploying production LLM-powered applications for customer use cases.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and cloud infrastructure for AI workloads, including GPU compute, high-performance networking, and storage.
• Experience with PyTorch, VLLM, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and ML job orchestration using Slurm or Kubernetes.
• Applicants must meet U.S. export-control requirements, including qualifying as a U.S. person or being eligible to access the controlled information or obtain the required authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperparameter optimization, experiment tracking, ML Engineering, AI Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps.
• Technical pre-sales or solutions architecture experience with net-new logos or greenfield accounts.
• Familiarity with high-performance GPU infrastructure such as NVIDIA H100, H200, or B200, InfiniBand networking, and parallel file systems.
