Telecom Billing Software Engineer (Telecom)

What you will do

• Build high-impact features for the mediation and billing solution.
• Contribute to architecture design focused on resiliency, scalability, security, and fault tolerance.
• Maintain existing components and develop new services and integrations.
• Advocate for readable, high-quality code and comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify improvements, document solutions and new flows, and work using Agile methodology.
• Mentor junior team members when needed and provide meaningful code reviews.

Requirements

• Good understanding of billing in the telecom or utilities industries.
• Proven experience with billing systems such as Amdocs, CSG, or Oracle BRM.
• Experience consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with relational databases, Git, and CI/CD flows.
• Basic understanding of cloud services and scalable infrastructure.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills and an autonomous, self-motivated approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle BRM.
• Experience with mediation systems such as DigitalRoute MediationZone.
• Basic software development skills.
