Security Consulting (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead cybersecurity consulting engagements covering security assessments, CTEM, threat modeling, threat intelligence, and offensive and defensive security initiatives.
• Define project approaches, methodologies, work plans, deliverables, and execution models for advanced cybersecurity services.
• Conduct and oversee assessments across cloud, hybrid, on-premise, application, infrastructure, identity, and security operations environments.
• Identify vulnerabilities, exposure points, attack paths, and control gaps, translating findings into prioritized remediation plans.
• Design and assess cyber deception capabilities, including decoys, lures, honeytokens, detection logic, and security operations integration.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mentor consultants, collaborate with client stakeholders, and produce technical and executive deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering, cybersecurity, telecommunications, information security, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in cybersecurity services, consulting, assessments, threat management, offensive security, or security architecture.
• Experience leading cybersecurity projects, coordinating delivery teams, managing client stakeholders, and reviewing consulting deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, OWASP, ENISA, or CCN-STIC.
• Experience with cloud and hybrid security, identity and access management, application security, vulnerability management, security architecture, logging, monitoring, and detection engineering.
• Spanish and English at B2 level or higher are required.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, OSCP, OSWE, GIAC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer.
• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
