What you will do

• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies for the vaccines franchise in Poland.
• Design customer journeys, analyze touchpoints, and create content strategy plans.
• Use omnichannel platforms to deliver consistent and personalized communications to healthcare professionals.
• Collect customer insights through sales collaboration and field visits, monitor competitors, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional brand activation meetings and coordinate with the salesforce to optimize customer journeys.
• Develop annual events plans and work with transversal teams using Agile and innovation-focused methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in customer engagement or relationship management, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment, market dynamics, healthcare professionals, and end-to-end customer journeys.
• Experience with digital engagement tools, AI applications for customer insights, and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of innovative methodologies such as Scrum, Lean Startup, Nudge, and Design Thinking.
• Fluent English and Polish required.
