Support Expert (m/w/d) (IoT)

Location: Fernitz bei Graz, Austria; flexible hybrid work schedule with home-office options and willingness to travel.

Salary: €3,267 gross per month minimum collective-agreement base salary, with potential overpayment based on qualifications.

What you will do

• Collaborate with customers and partners to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Handle support tickets independently and coordinate fixes with 3rd-level support.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and ticketing tools.
• Support installation and configuration of hirify.global solutions.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and software issues and analyze inquiries.
• Document processes and prepare relevant reports.

Requirements

• HTL diploma, ongoing or completed university of applied sciences degree, or university degree.
• Knowledge of IT environments, including LAN, WLAN, cloud environments, Linux, and Windows.
• Strong implementation skills, assertiveness, initiative, and a customer-oriented working style.
• Good communication skills, willingness to travel, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• German at C1 level and good written and spoken English required.
