What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of systems that convert natural language into intelligent, multi-step workflows using generative AI.
• Architect and scale an LLM agent for real-time inference, dynamic prompting, and tool orchestration.
• Drive technical direction across backend systems and frontend UX, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design systems that learn from customer feedback, usage data, and brand preferences.
• Mentor engineers and influence engineering culture, technical standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and design to evolve features and interfaces while ensuring reliability through testing, deployment, and observability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering complex systems in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
• Deep expertise in algorithms, distributed systems, and software design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across functions.
• Experience solving high-variance or unstructured problems with product-minded solutions.
• Background in mathematics, physics, systems engineering, or another technical field, plus a track record of taking products from 0 to 1.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth or early-stage startups.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and LLMs.
• Proficiency with TypeScript or similar languages.
