Senior SRE (Kubernetes/GCP)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; hybrid model with one remote day per week

What you will do

• Lead, maintain, and scale multi-cloud infrastructure, primarily on GCP, and core Kubernetes applications.
• Drive architectural improvements for high availability, scalability, and performance across services.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows to reduce operational toil.
• Own technical initiatives from inception to delivery, research modern tooling, and run proofs of concept.
• Participate in a paid L2 on-call rotation and conduct root-cause analysis after incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation and platform best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong experience with GCP or another major cloud provider and Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Prometheus-based monitoring and deep application and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Deep knowledge of GitLab, including repository management, runner configuration, and complex pipeline creation.
• Solid Linux fundamentals and proficiency in Python or Bash for automation.
• Functional English proficiency is required for global collaboration and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps, Argo CD, or Argo Rollouts.
• Hands-on experience with Envoy or Envoy-based proxies and gateways.
• Familiarity with VictoriaMetrics and software development in Go or Python.
