What you will do
- Develop the brand and marketing analytics framework across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign, media, and brand performance to provide actionable business recommendations.
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking for reach, frequency, awareness, consideration, and Brand Index.
- Support cross-functional stakeholders with insights on attribution, incrementality, and marketing effectiveness.
- Identify performance drivers and trends to optimize marketing investment decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing analytics, brand analytics, media analytics, or marketing performance management.
- Strong understanding of brand and media KPIs and measurement concepts like attribution, incrementality, or MMM.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights for various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with marketing, media, finance, and analytics teams.
- Must be based in or able to work from Cologne, Germany.
