Location: Cologne, Germany (Hybrid; up to 20 days per year remote within the EU)

What you will do

  • Develop the brand and marketing analytics framework across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Analyze campaign, media, and brand performance to provide actionable business recommendations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPI tracking for reach, frequency, awareness, consideration, and Brand Index.
  • Support cross-functional stakeholders with insights on attribution, incrementality, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify performance drivers and trends to optimize marketing investment decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing analytics, brand analytics, media analytics, or marketing performance management.
  • Strong understanding of brand and media KPIs and measurement concepts like attribution, incrementality, or MMM.
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights for various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with marketing, media, finance, and analytics teams.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Cologne, Germany.
