Location: 100% remote within the employee's country of residence; available locations include Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Afghanistan.

What you will do

• Drive the extraction of services from the monolith.
• Define clean service boundaries and ownership.
• Design migration paths from the monolith.
• Improve product performance, including page speed, latency, and uptime.

Requirements

• Senior-level backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and/or Golang.
• Strong willingness to work with both PHP and Golang.
• Ability to work remotely from an approved country of residence.
