About the Role

You will oversee crypto and fiat settlement operations, reconcile ledgers and statements, manage trade exceptions, investigate failures with SQL and logs, and automate recurring work with Python. You will support go-lives, report operational health, assist partners, mentor colleagues, and join on-call coverage.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of financial operations, settlement, payments, or related technical back-office experience
• Mentoring or leadership experience
• Python

• AI-assisted development tools
• REST API integration

• Technical communication
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily crypto and fiat settlement and trading operations
• Perform multi-way reconciliations across ledgers, bank statements, custodian statements, and partner files
• Manage trading activity from execution through settlement
• Investigate failed transfers, mismatched balances, and stuck flows
• Maintain operational runbooks
• Write and maintain Python automation
• Support partner go-lives and asset listings
• Use AI tooling for scripts, anomaly detection, and documentation
• Build dashboards and data models for operational health
• Resolve institutional partner transaction and API inquiries
• Participate in on-call coverage
