Senior Interior Designer (Hospitality)

Location: Richmond, Victoria, Australia; Brisbane or Melbourne based. Some travel may be required.

What you will do

• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, colour palettes, and tailored furniture packages for pub refreshes.
• Prepare scoping documents, specifications, finishes schedules, and low-documentation tender packages.
• Specify and source furniture, floor and wall finishes, lighting, and styling items in line with venue design direction and brand standards.
• Conduct venue audits and project scoping visits to identify refurbishment opportunities and develop design solutions.
• Coordinate suppliers, procurement schedules, quotations, invoicing, builders, and contractors through project delivery.
• Attend site meetings, perform defect inspections, and contribute to portfolio-wide design standards and styling guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of interior design experience for pubs or similar premises, with strong hospitality-sector knowledge.
• Proven experience delivering successful venue transformations and pub-industry design projects.
• Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design or a related design discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Construction industry White Card.
