Senior Fixed Income Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ or Orlando, FL

Salary: USD $28.85–$44.71 per hour

What you will do

• Support clients in making informed investment decisions across fixed income products.
• Handle inbound client calls and provide consultative guidance aligned with client goals.
• Execute solicited and unsolicited fixed income trades for clients.
• Provide expertise on U.S. Treasuries, certificates of deposit, municipal bonds, corporate bonds, government agency bonds, and preferred securities.
• Explain complex financial concepts, assess client needs, and resolve challenging client situations.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 license.
• Active FINRA Series 63 or 66 license.
• Experience interacting with clients in a proactive, consultative service environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, time-management, attention-to-detail, and risk-awareness skills.
• Ability to execute trades accurately and de-escalate challenging client situations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with fixed income products such as Treasuries, municipals, corporates, CDs, and ETFs.
• Experience conducting portfolio-related or investment planning conversations.
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
