What you will do
- Support business clients and guide them through onboarding, setup, and implementation.
- Maintain operational documentation and track key workflow metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, technology, and product teams to resolve client issues and improve processes.
- Monitor customer feedback and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- High attention to detail when handling client data, documentation, and daily operations.
- Comfort working with data and metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with cross-timezone collaboration.
- Fresh graduates or junior professionals are welcome; internship experience in B2B fintech, payment processing, customer success, or operations is a bonus.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM or communication tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, or Zendesk.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
