About the Role

You will support the planning, promotion, organization, and delivery of an online procurement conference. You may coordinate events, research procurement companies and contacts, conduct outreach, communicate with participants and speakers, create content, maintain CRM data, and support marketing and administration.

Requirements

• Interest in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, business administration, marketing, sales, event management, communication, or international business
• For students based in Germany, an official university confirmation of a compulsory internship
• Motivation, reliability, communication skills, and curiosity

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement events
• Research procurement companies and industry contacts
• Perform LinkedIn and email outreach
• Communicate with participants and potential speakers
• Support social media and content creation
• Maintain CRM and database records
• Support marketing activities and administrative organization
