Community and Partnerships Intern (Fintech)

What you will do

• Identify, contact, and build partnerships with campus leaders, Muslim Student Associations, mosques, and local community groups across the US.
• Lead organic engagement and discussions across Reddit, online forums, and digital communities.
• Plan and execute online community events, webinars, and virtual panels.
• Write newsletters, email outreach, event copy, and digital updates about alternative investments and Islamic finance.
• Research community trends, audience questions, and financial topics in student and professional networks.
• Maintain outreach trackers, partner lists, event schedules, and support campaign execution with brand ambassadors.

Requirements

• Excellent written English and interpersonal communication skills.
• Natural leadership ability and confidence reaching out to campus and community leaders.
• Strong familiarity with Reddit and online community platforms.
• Proactive, organized, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Deep interest in fintech, Islamic finance, and alternative investments.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience in a university Muslim Student Association, student club, or local community organization.
• Experience moderating or contributing to subreddits, online forums, or digital subcultures.
• Experience organizing virtual events, hosting panels, or managing webinars.
