Sprinter (Healthcare)

Location: Holly, Michigan, United States; travel to patient homes is required

What you will do

• Prepare medical supplies and personal protective equipment for daily patient visits.
• Use mobile technology to access schedules and coordinate care.
• Provide in-home phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs, and other low-acuity services.
• Collect and accurately label samples, then coordinate delivery to laboratories or shipment facilities.
• Build compassionate relationships with diverse patients while providing comfortable, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Previous venipuncture experience and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and solve problems in a changing environment.
• Comfort using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging applications.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance are required.
• Ability to access and navigate patient homes, climb stairs, and carry up to 20 pounds while walking.
• State-required licensure or proof of training, applicable national certification, Basic Life Support certification, and required vaccination or immunity documentation are required.
