Senior Product Manager, Security - Ricochet - Central Technology (Game Security)

Salary: In the U.S., the annual base pay range is $137,170–$253,806, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for anti-cheat, abuse prevention, and game security systems.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to build scalable detection capabilities, including behavioral models, heuristics, signals pipelines, and real-time data systems.
• Translate emerging threats from threat intelligence and operations teams into product requirements.
• Design enforcement strategies that balance effectiveness, player experience, and false-positive risk.
• Use data, experimentation, and live-operations feedback to improve detection and prevention systems.
• Lead prioritization, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment during security incidents and abuse spikes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex or technical products.
• Experience working with engineering on backend systems, platforms, or data-driven products.
• Experience in game security, anti-cheat systems, online multiplayer ecosystems, fraud detection, trust and safety, or another adversarial domain.
• Experience with telemetry pipelines, real-time data systems, large-scale event processing, and metrics such as precision, recall, or false-positive rates.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, or scripting, plus experience supporting live operations or incident response.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with reverse engineering, cheat development techniques, or exploit methodologies.
• Experience shipping impactful products or systems end-to-end in a live-service environment.
