Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and ship features for a scalable software context platform.
• Develop robust REST APIs and contribute to customer-facing React components.
• Map software entities, dependencies, and ownership across large engineering organizations.
• Define scorecards, standards, and guardrails for human engineers and AI agents.
• Build self-service workflows and agentic capabilities that help engineers close gaps against standards.
• Review code and maintain reliability, security, performance, monitoring, and error visibility for backend services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building backend applications, with fullstack capabilities.
• Proficiency in a modern object-oriented programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Scala, or Python.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and libraries such as React or Node.
• Experience implementing scalable and performant RESTful microservices.
• Fluency with a database technology such as PostgreSQL, another relational database, or NoSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture patterns and hands-on public cloud experience, preferably AWS.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
