Social Media & Event Coordinator (Social Media)

Location: 777 Garner Rd E, Ancaster, Ontario, Canada

Compensation: CAD 19–20 per hour

What you will do

• Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat for multiple dining units and business verticals.
• Create and edit high-quality audio and video content using hardware and software tools.
• Track social media KPIs and metrics, prepare weekly reports, provide performance context, and support audience growth.
• Provide marketing support through customer engagement, feedback collection, tabling, polling, sampling, and event activities.
• Design marketing collateral such as loyalty cards, posters, and signage.
• Support and build e-commerce environments and use cloud-based platforms to aggregate feedback.

Requirements

• Strong content creation skills and the ability to manage multiple units simultaneously.
• Experience editing audio and video with multiple editing tools.
• Understanding of standard social media KPIs and metrics.
• Ability to interpret performance data and prepare weekly reports.
• Design skills for creating marketing collateral.
• Availability to work at the Ancaster, Canada location.
