Full Stack Engineer (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web-based applications supporting mortgage origination, servicing, sales, and operations.
• Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces and reusable UI components using modern web technologies.
• Develop back-end services, business logic, RESTful APIs, databases, and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Participate in scalable, secure application architecture, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance and reliability, and support cloud-based and on-premises deployments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA, UI/UX professionals, stakeholders, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack or application software development.
• Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks or technologies.
• Back-end development experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, or similar technologies.
• Experience with APIs, web services, data interfaces, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of secure coding, application security, SDLC practices, analytical problem-solving, and technical collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with mortgage technology platforms, including Encompass LOS and related integrations.
• Experience with Git, Azure, AWS, and Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with TypeScript, NoSQL databases, and event-driven messaging architectures.
