Senior Social Media Editor (iGaming)

Location: Remote, Canada

Salary: $55,000–$73,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day social media operations for theScore and theScore Bet across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create, edit, and program posts while maintaining appropriate style, tone, and editorial standards.
• Identify and publish relevant third-party content for each social channel.
• Use data and analytics to guide content decisions, improve engagement, and grow channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotions and campaigns.
• Work regular evening, weekend, and holiday shifts when required by the sports schedule.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in digital media, preferably in sports media.
• At least 3 years of experience in social media.
• Strong writing, editing, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Passion for and knowledge of sports across a wide range of leagues, teams, and players.
• Experience with social media publishing and analytics tools, plus the ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Intermediate or better Photoshop and visual tool skills, with functional knowledge of sports betting.
