Senior DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote role based in Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, and similar tools.
• Manage more than 100 Linux servers in a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider environment.
• Own technical operations and monitoring across multiple infrastructure layers.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and operational issues.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Linux administration.
• 2–3 years of experience building infrastructure with Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, or similar automation tools.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Bash, Python, or Ruby; Jenkins automation; and Git.
• Experience with MySQL, MariaDB, Galera, AWS RDS, AWS Aurora, or Cloud Spanner.
• Experience with virtualization, particularly VMware, an IT-related degree or equivalent, and high proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Development experience and a strong networking background.
