Digital Content Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Publish digital content across websites, YouTube, podcast platforms, newsletters, and other distribution channels.
• Execute publishing schedules and ensure timely delivery across platforms.
• Create and optimize titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, thumbnails, and other metadata using SEO and platform best practices.
• Maintain homepage updates, content categorization, taxonomy, asset management, and CMS organization.
• Review published content for formatting, metadata accuracy, broken links, artwork, and platform-specific requirements.
• Identify workflow efficiencies, support automation initiatives, and document publishing best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in digital publishing, content operations, or digital media.
• Experience with CMS platforms, YouTube Studio, podcast platforms, and digital publishing tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and writing ability.
• Basic understanding of SEO and metadata optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced newsroom environment.
• Experience with AI-assisted writing tools is preferred.
