NetSuite Administrator (AI Software)

Location: Bochum, Germany; on-site. Candidates must be genuinely based in the posted location, with relocation support available for the right person.

What you will do

• Administer, configure, maintain, and secure the NetSuite instance and related finance and accounting systems.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, access, change processes, incidents, and system documentation.
• Design and maintain custom solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
• Develop and troubleshoot API integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems.
• Lead data migrations, transformations, data quality activities, testing, QA, dashboards, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT Operations, and other stakeholders while providing training and support to end users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering NetSuite and supporting Finance and Accounting applications.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and their integration with business processes.
• Experience with SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, JavaScript, RESTlet, and SOAP APIs.
• NetSuite Administrator Certificate required.
• Experience with IT general controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ, Pigment, Aptitude, Stripe, or procurement tools.
• Leadership, analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
