Product Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, primarily in-person at the Midtown, New York City headquarters Monday through Thursday; optional work-from-home Fridays.

Salary: $155,000–$300,000 per year, plus potential equity, performance incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and scale SDK software powering Checkout across web2 and web3 environments.
• Build full-stack systems balancing performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Develop tools that support globally scalable on-chain payments.
• Collaborate with protocol, backend, and business teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to products focused on crypto payments, programmable money, and financial infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Strong full-stack development skills, including React and backend APIs.
• Experience building scalable, high-performance software.
• Attention to detail in product design and user interaction.
• Ability to work primarily in person at the New York City headquarters Monday through Thursday.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with blockchain technologies and EVM-compatible networks.
• Experience with payments, SDKs, or crypto-related systems.
• Open-source contributions or experience building SDKs and developer tools.
• Experience shipping products from 0 to 1.
• Ability to solve difficult technical problems in agile environments.
