What you will do
- Lead, guide, and mentor a fast-growing engineering team.
- Establish high standards for code quality, performance, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to shape technical solutions.
- Optimize development processes and implement CI/CD pipelines and scalable engineering practices.
- Resolve complex technical and operational issues to support reliable product delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a team management role.
- Hands-on technical experience with Java or frontend technologies.
- Experience leading teams that design and deliver large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with backend or frontend technologies such as Java, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, React, Angular, or Svelte.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- English at C1 level or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with AWS.
