Engineering Manager (Crypto Gaming)

What you will do

• Lead, guide, and mentor a fast-growing engineering team.
• Establish high standards for code quality, performance, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to shape technical solutions.
• Optimize development processes and implement CI/CD pipelines and scalable engineering practices.
• Resolve complex technical and operational issues to support reliable product delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a team management role.
• Hands-on technical experience with Java or frontend technologies.
• Experience leading teams that design and deliver large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with backend or frontend technologies such as Java, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, React, Angular, or Svelte.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• English at C1 level or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with AWS.
