Senior Software Engineer (XRPL)

Location: Hybrid; in-office collaboration is expected for 10+ days per month according to team and manager needs. The California annual salary disclosure applies to positions based in California.

Salary: $1–$2 USD annual base salary range for California-based positions, excluding equity, bonuses, and other compensation.

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure for production-grade XRPL services and public blockchain networks.
• Build automated infrastructure lifecycle management, CI/CD workflows, and deployment pipelines using Terraform, Helm, and GitHub Actions.
• Develop platform services for observability, secret management, disaster recovery, and regional failover.
• Improve reliability through instrumentation, alerting, and incident response in collaboration with observability and security teams.
• Maintain internal tooling, self-service workflows, and platform capabilities that improve developer efficiency and service delivery.
• Evaluate new tools to increase infrastructure scalability and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years operating cloud-native infrastructure at scale on AWS or GCP.
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or Java, with knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and concurrency.
• Professional experience with Kubernetes, container runtimes such as Docker or OCI, and service meshes such as Istio or Linkerd.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
• Experience with distributed-systems monitoring and observability, plus leadership, collaboration, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
