Senior IT Auditor - Corporate Functions

Location: Hybrid work in Westlake, TX; Austin, TX; or Lone Tree, CO

Salary: USD 95,000–120,000 per year

hirify.global provides financial services, with an Internal Audit Department that independently assesses enterprise risks, controls, governance, and regulatory compliance.

What you will do

• Plan and execute internal audit assignments in accordance with IIA standards and departmental policies.
• Perform integrated IT audit testing of application controls, automated functionality, system interfaces, configuration management, and data processing.
• Draft audit results and observations, complete work papers, and track audit status, issues, and budgets.
• Validate remediation plans and completed actions for audit and regulatory issues.
• Participate in annual risk assessments, including risk scoring and documentation.
• Coach audit team members and support onboarding, training, and special projects.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience performing internal audits in sophisticated operational and regulatory environments.
• Understanding of risks and internal controls, including the ability to assess their adequacy and efficiency.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams, internal business lines, and external co-sourcing providers.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CISA, CPA, or CIA strongly preferred; other relevant certifications will be considered.
