Junior HR People Partner

Location: Remote; hiring in Ukraine

What you will do

• Handle daily HR processes and advise managers and operations teams.
• Manage the full contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, development, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contractor records.
• Conduct requested 1:1 meetings with contractors to discuss growth and address concerns.
• Participate in performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and support.
• Organize team-building activities, foster engagement, and assist with people management cases.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in HR, People Partnership, or a similar role.
• Understanding of HR theory, contractor lifecycle management, and team dynamics.
• Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Emotional resilience, adaptability, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to structure information clearly.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency; proficiency with G Suite, spreadsheets, and surveys.

Nice to have

• Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with the IT industry, common roles, and processes.
• Knowledge of HR software and tools.
