AdOps Specialist (Affiliate Marketing)

What you will do

• Support Client Services teams in delivering affiliate marketing service packages for major clients.
• Upload offers and creatives to advertiser programmes and communicate details to publisher partners.
• Produce regular reports, extract and manipulate data, and prepare gap analysis for Client Services teams.
• Recruit affiliates onto programmes in collaboration with account management and publisher teams.
• Perform programme audits, monitor affiliate performance, and support network compliance.
• Conduct account health checks, competitor benchmarking, and other operational projects while escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English is required for daily communication with internal staff and external clients.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet multiple client deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail in internal- and client-facing work.
• Proactive approach to improving efficiency and work quality.
• Ability to manage individual responsibilities, arrange cover during time off, and support peer training after becoming established in the role.
