Junior Creator Campaign Manager (Affiliate Marketing)

What you will do

• Support the full creator campaign execution cycle, from casting and campaign rollout through content fulfillment and final reporting.
• Organize campaign documents, prepare briefs based on brand guidelines and FTC compliance standards, and review creator content for accuracy and quality.
• Communicate with creators about campaign requirements, content edits, product shipments, monitoring messages, and content collection.
• Source, vet, and recommend creators using criteria such as follower count, location, niche, and audience demographics.
• Support performance-led strategies, creator casting, content planning, incentive programs, and exclusive offers.
• Join client kick-offs, document action items, and collaborate with community support, sales, product, marketing, and client success teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience in affiliate marketing, creator marketing, or community management.
• Basic knowledge of creator and affiliate marketing strategies, tools, technologies, and the creator lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and current trends, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Basic proficiency in Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Excel.

• Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA.
• Completion of the Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA, mentioned in the cover letter.
