Analyst, Digital Marketing & Measurement

Location: Minneapolis, MN or Chicago, IL; permanent US work authorization required

Salary: $60,000 base salary annually, plus an annual bonus opportunity of up to $6,000.

What you will do

• Develop subject-matter expertise in digital media, measurement, or marketing strategy.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital media and cross-channel campaigns.
• Perform heavy data analysis, reporting, and insight generation for digital media performance.
• Support A/B testing, landing page recommendations, audience creation, creative testing, and budget and goal pacing.
• Use tools such as Excel and Tableau to conduct analyses and translate findings into client-facing presentations, documents, and emails.
• Support client solutions, PowerPoint pitches, competitive audits, and landscape analysis while managing assigned work independently.

Requirements

• Permanent US work authorization is required; temporary authorization such as CPT or OPT is not accepted.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to break down problems and propose solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Accurate, thorough, and organized working style with the ability to manage tasks with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools; prior professional experience is not required.
