Associate, Electronic Communications, International Client Services (Mandarin/Cantonese)

Location: Westlake, Texas, United States; hybrid work approach

Salary: USD $55,000–$59,000 per year, plus potential bonus or incentive opportunities and a language premium for qualified professionals.

What you will do

• Handle inbound chats and secure messages from international and domestic clients.
• Support stock, ETF, mutual fund, and options trading needs.
• Resolve general account servicing inquiries and research client requests.
• Engage clients proactively and consultatively to build rapport.
• Support fellow team members in a fast-paced, evolving service environment.

Requirements

• Hold active Series 7 and 63 licenses, or obtain them within six months of starting employment.
• Professional-level reading and writing in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
• Flexibility to work on chats and secure messages as business needs change.
• Strong risk awareness, mitigation, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Experience communicating through email or live chat.
• Experience serving international clients with W-8 forms, new account requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Interest in personal finance, US and foreign markets, and obtaining additional industry licenses.
