Data Scientist Expert (AI/LLM)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead applied research on autonomous AI agents and LLM-driven features for threat investigation and security operations.
• Develop AI applications that improve customer investigation experiences and cloud security capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and maintain production pipelines.
• Define research goals with Security Research and Product teams.
• Run experiments and evaluate AI models, algorithms, and techniques using real-world datasets and simulated environments.
• Apply emerging AI methodologies, frameworks, and tools to improve security solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading data science and machine learning projects, including hands-on development of LLM-based applications or AI agents.
• Practical experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model selection, and trade-offs across LLM providers and model families.
• Programming experience in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Advanced knowledge of deep learning and transformer model architectures.
• Experience with distributed cloud systems and cloud-native architectures at scale.
• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, attack vectors, and defense mechanisms.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and develop creative solutions to challenging problems.
