What you will do

  • Design filter coefficients for AWGN generation in Matlab with support from AI agents.
  • Verify filter coefficients in carrier aggregation scenarios using unit tests.
  • Perform tests in a 5G/6G testbed with Rohde & Schwarz test equipment.
  • Analyze test results and identify optimization opportunities for filter coefficients.
  • Document development and test results and collaborate with experienced RF conformance testing developers.

Requirements

  • Current studies in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable program.
  • Initial practical software development experience with Matlab and Python.
  • Basic understanding of RF measurements using a spectrum analyzer.
  • Proper enrollment for the entire employment period; availability of up to 20 hours per week during the lecture period.
  • Very good German and English skills, written and spoken.
