Senior Producer (Automotive) (CGI and interactive production): Leading complex automotive digital productions from initial scope through delivery, including CG imagery, animations, configurators, AR/VR and digital product experiences with an accent on production planning, CG pipeline dependencies and visual quality. Focus on coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholder approvals and budgets, and building scalable workflows for high-volume, market-specific automotive content.

What you will do
- Own multiple automotive productions from kickoff through final delivery, including CGI, 2D/3D animation, configurators, AR/VR and digital product experiences.
- Define scopes, milestones, budgets, delivery plans and production models while identifying dependencies across CAD, materials, rendering, localization, integrations and approvals.
- Translate creative requirements into executable workflows for vehicle variants, colorways, materials, accessories, cameras, animations and interactive behaviors.
- Lead client meetings, reviews, presentations and escalation conversations across brand, product, agency, developer, market and vendor stakeholders.
- Improve documentation, handovers, feedback loops, tooling, vendor coordination and review processes for scalable production.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital production, CG, VFX, animation, interactive, software or platform delivery environments.
- Experience managing CGI-related work and understanding asset production, review, rendering, post-production, QA and delivery.
- Experience with configurators, online product platforms, AR/VR, mobile applications or other interactive digital experiences.
- Strong client management experience with international brands, distributed teams, vendors, agencies and production partners.
- Commercial awareness across estimates, resource planning, budgets, change requests and delivery risks.
- Clear English communication skills and affinity with automotive, motorbikes or technically complex product worlds.
