Account Executive IV - Home Health & Hospice (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States. Candidates within 50 miles of the Overland Park, Kansas headquarters participate in in-office collaboration. Travel of up to 50% may be required.

What you will do

• Identify, qualify, nurture, and close new sales opportunities with large healthcare prospects and clients.
• Develop selling approaches and revenue growth plans with business unit leadership.
• Lead complex sales processes from initial opportunity through contract negotiation and closure.
• Manage multiple decision-makers, stakeholders, budgets, sales strategies, and deal forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, industry changes, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
• Track accounts and prospects in Salesforce and achieve quarterly lead-generation, pipeline, and quota goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required.
• Ability to work additional or irregular hours as needed and remain at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on business needs.
