Product Operations Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Gather and clarify business requirements during client implementations.
• Translate ambiguous workflows into structured requirements, user stories, and briefs.
• Prototype flows, prompts, and lightweight solutions to validate implementation direction.
• Partner with Technical Account Managers and implementation engineers to refine solutions and keep deployments moving.
• Identify recurring workflow patterns and feed them back into the core product.
• Document decisions, edge cases, process changes, discovery findings, solution designs, and handoffs across deployments.

Requirements

• Experience in product, business analysis, solutions consulting, forward-deployed, or implementation roles.
• Experience with prototyping, prompting, workflow design, and modern AI tools.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and make sound judgments with incomplete information.
• Strong systems thinking, workflow intuition, ownership, and bias to action.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in startup, SaaS, or technical services environments is relevant.
