TL;DR
GL & Reporting Accountant (Finance): Managing general ledger accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, fixed assets, and audit support in accordance with local and group reporting calendars with an accent on month-end closing, balance sheet integrity, and financial controls. Focus on resolving aged balances, maintaining accurate CAPEX records, supporting audits, and contributing to finance automation and control testing.

What you will do
- Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities according to local and group reporting calendars.
- Upload daily bank statements into SAP and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
- Manage CAPEX capitalization and depreciation while maintaining fixed asset records and documentation.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, investigate aged balances, and support continuous improvements to financial controls.
- Support interim and year-end audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
- Participate in finance transformation, automation, risk assessment, and internal control testing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in general ledger, financial reporting, or Record-to-Report accounting.
- Hands-on experience with fixed asset accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles, with an understanding of internal controls and risk management frameworks.
- Advanced SAP ERP experience, preferably with FI and Asset Accounting modules, plus strong Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
