Process Integration Engineer - Metrology (SiC/GaN)

What you will do

• Own metrology processes within SiC and GaN semiconductor manufacturing.
• Analyze, evaluate, and optimize metrology data to improve process control and product quality.
• Introduce, qualify, and release new measurement methods and metrology equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on time to market, transfer cycle times, and ramp-up performance.
• Develop and integrate processes, build product and process knowledge, and eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks.
• Lead small process integration or optimization projects and sub-projects within complex development programs.

Requirements

• Education in semiconductor device physics, semiconductor technology, or microelectronics.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, depending on educational credentials.
• Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology.
• Hands-on experience with wafer fab process module development and metrology equipment.
• Fluent German and good English are required.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, results-oriented approach.
